Anger and Annoyance

Learn to conceptualise your emotions in a way that can help you get over disturbances:  In this case, Annoyance is presented as the healthy version of the negative unhealthy emotion of Anger.

The rehearsal of new ways of thinking in a hypnotic state can contribute to all those new beliefs, which you know to be true and beneficial to yourself at a particular time of your life, sink faster into your subconscious mind and become part of your subconscious way of thinking, feeling and behaving.
